The Learner Will....

Be introduced to creative, simple pattern dances and singing
games
using locomotor/non-locomotor movements that involve speed, direction,
level and tempo.
- Be introduced to, and engaged in,
locomotor/non-locomotor movements
varying the conditions of speed, direction, levels, balance and the
awareness
of safety.
- Be introduced to a variety of weight-bearing stunts
and imitative
activities.
- Be introduced to propulsive-manipulative (sending
objects) skills
under the conditions of speed, accuracy, level, size (size of object),
direction and the awareness of safety.
- Be introduced to receipt of traveling objects
(receiving objects)
under the conditions of speed, direction, level, size of object and the
awareness of safety.
- Be introduced, as part of each activity, to awareness for
safety.
- Apply safety awareness to all physical education
activities.
