Prairie View 6th Grade Olympics 03/2011

As a colossal conclusion to our Greek Unit in social studies, our 6th graders participated in the annual Prairie View Olympic Games. Many events took place, such as: the straw javelin toss, disk throwing with cotton balls, relay races, high jump using post-its, basketball toss, and much more. Medals were given to the winning classes' teachers to display in their room. Fun was had by all!
