D140 Athletes Medal at Special Olympic State Games

Six student-athletes from Kirby School District 140 excelled at the Illinois Special Olympic State Games held at Illinois State University on June 15th and 16th. D140 athletes brought home six gold medals, one silver medal, and one bronze medal. Congratulations to our athletes and their coaches!

• Joy Renje – Bronze Medal – Tennis Ball Throw
