PVMS Creates Music Video to Commemorate School's 20th Anniversary

May 23, 2013

Prairie View Middle School celebrated its 20th anniversary by creating a "lip dub" music video showcasing their students, staff, curriculum, and extracurricular activities. Los Angeles filmmaker Kevin Greene, son of Keller Elementary Principal JoAnn Greene, flew in to film the celebration.

"It was amazing to see the entire school community come together for a common purpose - to let the world know we are proud of who we are and what we can accomplish when we work as a team," said music teacher Mrs. Deana McEnany who lead the project from its conception to its fruition.

A clip from the 30 minute video can be viewed by clicking PV Celebrates.

A special word of thanks goes out to Principal Kristine Roth and Assistant Principal Julianne Cosentino who acted in the video and to Superintendent Dr. Michael Byrne who took a pie in the face in a delicious show of his support for our endeavor.

As always, we are grateful for the continued support and contributions from our amazing PV community.
