KSD 140's Parent Connect link allows parents online access to their student's schedules and grades.

If you already have a student account, please click Parent Connect and sign in. If you would like to set up an account, please follow the instructions below.

Staff will post grades online at least once every 2-3 weeks throughout the school year.

I've Never Used Parent Connect. How Do I Sign Up?

If you are a new user, you will need an User ID and Password to log into your account. Your User ID and Password were mailed to you in your August Parent Packet. Can't find it? Please call the Grissom school office for assistance at 708-429-3030.

  1. Log on to the Internet
  2. Enter https://sds.ksd140.org/parentconnect/ in the browser
  3. Once you are in "Parent Connect", enter your User ID and Password
  4. Click the Login button
  5. Once you are logged in, your student's information will appear.

How Do I View Grades or Combine Student Accounts?

Once you've logged in, you will see several buttons on the left that you can click to view information about your student.

If you click Grade Books, you can review your student's grades by clicking the book icon located next to each period. From here, you can review specific grades on individual tests, quizzes, and assignments by clicking on the current grade description line.

If you have multiple students in the Parent Connect system, you can use the Combine Student Login Id's and Password option to combine the accounts. This gives you the ability to use only one login name and password and have access to all student accounts on the same screen.

You will need to enter in the other students’ user ID and Password, and then click on Combine. Repeat for all students that you want to combine. The next time you login, you will see all combined students listed in the top right corner. Click on the desired student to view their information.

Forgot or Lost Your Password? Want to Change your Password?

If you have forgotten or lost your Parent Connect password, or if you simply wish to change your password, follow this procedure to gain access to your student's account.

  1. Go to https://sds.ksd140.org/parentconnect/
  2. Enter your User ID (Student ID Number)
  3. Click the Forgot or Change Password link
  4. Enter a New Password
  5. Type the same in Confirm Password. At this time, you will also have an option to setup questions in the event that you forget your password in the future.
  6. Click Submit
