More than 20 students from sixth, seventh and eighth grades went head-to-head in Grissom's annual Battle of the Books on Monday, April 16th. Moderated by librarians from the Tinley Park Library, the battle tested contenders' knowledge and comprehension of this year's Rebecca Caudill Book Award nominees. Competition was fierce, but after several rounds, one team emerged victorious.

A special thanks goes out to our PTO for generously providing prizes for all Grissom students who read five or more Caudill books this year.
