Fitness Club

Fitness Club provides opportunities for students at Grissom Middle School to improve their overall health and wellness. Members will participate in a 6-8 week session, 7:50 a.m. to 8:25 a.m., which includes activities designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance. The club is open to any sixth, seventh, and eighth grade student who wishes to improve and/or maintain their personal fitness level. Students need to submit a parent permission form to be eligible for Fitness Club participation.
