Beginning Band Spring Concert

We congratulate our fifth-grade Beginning Band, who performed to a packed house at their Spring Concert on Wednesday, April 26. In addition, three small ensembles (Brass, Woodwind, and Percussion) were played for the audience, showcasing the continuation of instrumental instruction in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. All 5th-grade band members will perform again at their respective elementary schools next month.

• Saturday, April 29 - IGSMA State Band Contest at Lockport East High School - Cadet Band performs at 8:30 am, and Symphonic Band performs at 10:30 am
• Wednesday, May 3 - Symphonic Band Spring Concert - 7:30 pm at Prairie View
• Wednesday, May 10 - Cadet & Jazz Spring Concert - 7:30 pm at Grissom
