Dear Fernway Families,
Beginning Monday, September 21, we will be returning to our usual morning drop-off procedure near the O’Brien Drive parking lot. Parents and guardians will drop students off at the designated area, and students will continue along the walkway to the school.
Returning to this procedure will help keep the walkway clear and support a safe, smooth arrival for all students. Several staff members are stationed outside each morning to greet students, guide them along the walkway, and make sure they enter the building safely.
Last year, we temporarily adjusted this procedure because construction equipment and machinery were located near the walkway, and we wanted to provide additional support during arrival. Now that construction in this area is complete, we can return to our previous routine.
