This week, schools throughout the District commemorated Veterans Day with special assemblies, patriotic programs, class projects, and tributes to our military veterans.
Beginning Friday, November 11, at 3 p.m., first-quarter student report cards will be available in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Coached by Mrs. Danaher and Mrs. Pranckus, our 2022 girls' basketball team began their eight-game season on Wednesday, November 2.
D140 students and staff are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue to commemorate Veterans Day on Friday, November 11.
D140 schools are closed on Election Day, Tuesday, November 8.

Just a reminder ... Monday, October 31 is a HALF-DAY.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held in all KSD 140 elementary and middle schools on Monday, November 21, and Tuesday, November 22.
Today, the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) released Kirby School District 140’s annual Report Card. The Report Card shows how well our District is progressing on a wide range of educational goals.

Due to inclement weather, D140's Walk & Roll to School Day has been rescheduled to Thursday, October 13, 2022!
KSD 140 observes Columbus Day on Monday, October 10.
Students and families are encouraged to participate in the annual Family Fun Run/Walk sponsored by the Bannes PTO on Saturday, November 12, at 8:00 a.m.

On Friday, September 30, Mrs. Zulevic from the Tinley Park Public Library gave a book talk presentation on Monarch and Bluestem Award books to students at Bannes Elementary School.
