Welcome to the English Learner Program at Kirby School District 140

Kirby School District 140 is proud to serve approximately 439 English Learners who represent over 24 different languages spoken in our community. To meet the diverse linguistic and academic needs of our students, we offer both Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE) and the Transitional Program of Instruction (TPI).
