Celebrate your love of books by decorating a pumpkin for McAuliffe Elementary’s Pumpkin Decorating Contest.

  • Decorate your pumpkin like a book character.
  • Do not cut or carve pumpkins.
  • Fake pumpkins are not allowed.
  • Bring your decorated pumpkin to school and drop it off in the Media Center by Wednesday, October 21.

Students will vote for their favorite pumpkins at Family Reading Night on October 29 and during their scheduled library time. 

Top 10 pumpkins will receive an Amazon gift card. We will announce the winners, and all pumpkins must be picked up by the end of the day on Friday, October 30.
