Congratulations to our sixteen top-notch fourth and fifth grade spellers who competed on Friday, December 6th in McAuliffe’s annual Spelling Bee. Our first-place winner correctly spelled "tapestry" to capture the win.
D140 parents are invited to a Parenting the Digital Generation presentation at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 9th at Prairie View Middle School.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled in all KSD 140 elementary and middle schools on Monday, November 25 from 1 - 8 p.m. and Tuesday, November 26 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
D140 students, teachers, and parents will be given the opportunity to weigh in on school climate and learning conditions by taking the Illinois 5Essentials survey.
