Below you will find a link for our D140 Second Quarter 2020-21: Commitment Form & Survey. This survey gives our families the choice between an updated Hybrid Learning model and an updated Remote Learning model. Please consider which option works best for your family and complete one survey for each K-8 student in your household by noon on Thursday, October 1.

In both the updated Hybrid and Remote Learning models, students will receive a total of five (5) hours of live and self-paced, independent instruction. The changes reflected in both models take into account the feedback that we have received from students, families, and teachers. We recognize that both models need to continue to evolve as we move towards a common goal of a safe return to full in-person learning.
Every effort will be made to maintain current classrooms and schedules. However, changes may be necessary based on staffing and family commitment forms. Families with students enrolled in Early Childhood or Preschool programs will receive information from their student’s teacher.
Again, I ask that you please consider which option works best for your family and complete one survey for each K-8 student in your household by noon on Thursday, October 1.
Thank you for your patience and continued support as we work together to ensure a safe and effective learning experience for your children.
