KSD 140 Bands Hit all the High Notes at IGSMA District Contest

On Saturday, March 12th, the Cadet and Symphonic Bands earned Division I rankings at the Illinois Grade School Music Association (IGSMA) District Contest held at Central Middle School. 
The Symphonic Band's dramatic performance earned them a rare perfect score from all three judges. Mr. Szczasny, Mr. Hodges, and Ms. Schubbe are all very proud of our band members. 

Both bands will compete at the State Contest on Saturday, April 23rd.
