Registration Fee Discount Ends April 30
At a celebration on Friday, May 20, Bannes students and staff honored veterans and thanked them for their dedicated and loyal service to our country. Over 60 veterans from the Bannes community attended, including veterans from World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, and Operation Enduring Freedom.
The celebration featured Kindergarten through fifth-grade students singing various patriotic songs, a musical rendition of the Gettysburg Address performed by fifth-grade, and five “Towers of Heroes”. KSD Band Director Mr. Michael Szczasny performed “TAPS”.
