D140 Jazz Ensemble Performs at Heroes West

On Wednesday, October 5, the KSD 140 Jazz Ensemble performed at Heroes West in Lemont. The students performed rousing renditions of "River Rat Shuffle," "Last Dance," "My Dinner With Ronald," "El Taco Rocko'' and "Funky See, Funky Do."

Soloists included Sophia C., Lucas C., Grace G., Zander S., Zander R., Justin Z., Emma W., John K., Rory E., Meghan W., Allen J., David A., Erik P., and Asher G.

Mr. Szczasny, director of the Jazz Ensemble, was very pleased with their performance. Special thanks to everyone that came out to see the Jazz Ensemble perform!
