MS Students Test Their Knowledge in 2024 Battle of the Books Competition

Congratulations to Grissom’s District 12 team - Adayln C., Roxanne M.,  and Maya W. - for winning our second annual Crosstown Battle of the Books against team Sea Turtles from Prairie View.  

The battle tested contenders' knowledge and comprehension of this year's Rebecca Caudill Book Award nominees. Seven teams battled it out, question for question, in five tense rounds. It was a close competition, with District 12 defeating Sea Turtles with a score of 64-61.  

All teams came prepared to win and deserve recognition. Congratulations to our participants on a job well done!
