KSD 140 Celebrates the Class of 2025

PV graduates pose proudly at graduation

KSD 140 held eighth-grade graduation ceremonies for Prairie View and Grissom Middle School students at Victor J. Andrew High School on Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3.

Student achievements were celebrated at ceremonies that included inspiring speeches from Sreya J., President of Prairie View’s National Junior Honor Society, Daniel P., President of Grissom’s National Junior Honor Society, and Superintendent Dr. Daniel Callaghan. Students with a career GPA of 3.9 and above received special recognition, and D140’s band provided music. The ceremony concluded with the presentation of diplomas by school board members.

“We are incredibly proud of our eighth graders,” said Dr. Callaghan. “This milestone is a reflection of their effort, growth, and determination. As they head off to high school, we’re excited to see where their journeys take them and all they will achieve along the way.”

D140 gratefully acknowledges the parents, family members, teachers, and staff who nurtured and supported our graduates throughout their educational journeys.

Congratulations to the Kirby School District 140 Class of 2025!
