KSD 140 held eighth-grade graduation ceremonies for Prairie View and Grissom Middle School students at Victor J. Andrew High School on Saturday, May 16.
Student achievements were celebrated at ceremonies that included inspiring speeches from Liam R., President of Grissom’s National Junior Honor Society, Evan P., President of Prairie View’s National Junior Honor Society, and Superintendent Dr. Daniel Callaghan. Students with a career GPA of 3.9 and above received special recognition, and D140’s band provided music. The ceremony concluded with the presentation of diplomas by school board members.
D140 gratefully acknowledges the parents, family members, teachers, and staff who nurtured and supported our graduates throughout their educational journeys.
