D140 Jazz Ensemble Performs at The Quarry

On Wednesday, November 17, the KSD 140 Jazz Ensemble performed with the Brass Tracks jazz band at the Quarry in Lemont. The students performed rousing renditions of "Broadway", "Chili Pepper 101", "You're A Mean One Mr. Grinch", "Jingle All The Ways" and "Listen Here". 

Brass Tracks bandleader Tom Fox was very impressed with the maturity and performance level of the students. Mr. Szczasny, director of the jazz ensemble, was very pleased with their performance.
