Prairie View’s schoolwide Spelling Bee featured 20 talented participants in grades six to eight, all winners of their respective class bees. The competition was fierce, but ultimately Fiora H. clinched first place, with Erin T. securing second and Charlotte B. landing third.
The final word that determined the champion was "foreseeable." The event not only showcased the students' spelling abilities but also created an exciting and competitive atmosphere, highlighting the academic achievements of our middle school participants.
Best of luck to our first and second-place champions, who advance to the District 140 Spelling Bee on Friday, January 9. Our third-place winner will be an alternate representative.
