Prairie View Student Council is sponsoring Cancer Awareness Week, February 23 -27. Students and staff can participate by wearing the following colors to raise awareness.
- Monday, February 23: Melanoma
- Dress in black to support melanoma awareness.
- Tuesday, February 24: Leukemia
- Wear orange to show support for people with leukemia.
- Wednesday, February 25: Brain Cancer
- Wear gray to support brain cancer awareness.
- Thursday, February 26: Liver Cancer
- Wear green to show awareness for people living with liver cancer.
- Friday, February 27: Breast Cancer
- Wear pink to show support for people with breast cancer.
- Wear pink to show support for people with breast cancer.
