D140 Inducts 92 Students into National Junior Honor Society

Congratulations to the 92 seventh-grade students who were recently inducted into the Grissom and Prairie View chapters of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS).  In order to qualify, students must have a GPA of at least 3.8 and have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Character, and Citizenship. Chapter membership not only recognizes students for their accomplishments but also challenges them to further develop their leadership skills through active involvement in school activities and community service.
